For each adult: a valid photo ID (any country, not expired), a Social Security card, proof of income (pay stubs covering at least 4 weeks, or the 3 most recent bank statements) and the first page of your current or most recent lease.

Net monthly household income of at least 2.5 times the rent ($3,238 for a 1‑bedroom) and at least 12 months of employment history.

There is no minimum credit score. A past eviction or apartment debt may still be approved with a risk fee, depending on its amount and age — see our leasing criteria.

Both have the same layout and the same price. White Oak (Classic) has light oak-tone floors and white walls; Modern Grey (Upgraded) has grey vinyl plank floors and new black appliances. The finish depends on the apartment available — see both in the video tours above.

Yes — up to 2 pets per home, 35 lbs or less each, and there is a dog park on the property. The pet fee is $300 per pet (one time) and pet rent is $15 per pet per month. Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, wolf hybrids, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, mixes of these breeds, and dogs with a history of aggression.
